What is Leupold Duplex reticle?
The Leupold Ballistics Aiming System® provides a series of aiming points to. improve your ability to shoot accurately at longer ranges . The first aiming. point (the intersection of the Duplex® reticle) is designed to be used at 200. yards with most common cartridges or at 300 yards in several flatter shooting.
What does CDS ZL mean?

Can Leupold change my reticle?
Can I have the reticle in my scope changed to another style? The Leupold Custom Shop can install a variety of reticle offerings in virtually any Leupold scope; the only modern exception being the Rifleman line.

What does 3i mean on Leupold scopes?
A 3:1 zoom ratio is very common in many scope models. It gives you 3 times more magnification at high power than at low power (model magnification ranges are available in powers of 3x: 1.5-5, 2.5-8, 3-9, 3.5-10, etc.), so you can dial your power down for close encounters or all of the way up for long-range shots.
What is Pig Plex reticle?
The Pig Plex reticle was specifically designed for the hard core hog hunter. Ballistics are matched to . 30-06 180gr loads, and with a 50 yard zero provide 300, 400 and 500 yard hold over points. Windage hash marks provide fast ranging and hold off when the time comes to knock down the next pig.
Can you change a scope reticle?
The reticles of a rifle scope are the horizontal and vertical lines that intersect your scope sight picture. Typically, turning the adjustment dial one position, or click, will move the reticles 1/4-inch on the target at a range of 100 yards.
