What will eat green hair algae?
Emerald crabs, Yellow tangs, sea hares, and lawnmower blennies are four animals with a taste for green hair algae. They can help, they are natural, but they probably won’t be enough to get your problem under control.

- In order to starve the hair algae , remove nutrients, and check your lighting photoperiod.
- dont forget to change your filter pads/floss during starvation/ period, as algae starts to die off it will turn white and float away.
